Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated. LogioXpress is not liable for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Government actions
7. Risk & Liability
Risk transfers to the carrier upon dispatch unless otherwise specified.
LogioXpress liability is limited to:
- The declared value of goods (if insured)
- Standard carrier liability limits (if uninsured)
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or business interruption.
8. Insurance
Optional shipment insurance is available at the time of booking. Claims must follow the procedures outlined in our Insurance Policy.
9. Claims & Disputes
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted within the specified reporting timeframe. LogioXpress will investigate and resolve claims fairly and professionally.
